Shipping and Delivery Policy:
The cost of shipping is charged to the user and will be calculated automatically by the system:
Inside UK: 2.5 GBP for Orders < 50 GBP and shipping Free for Orders > 50 GBP
European Countries: 14.99 GBP.
Other Countries: 23.99 GBP.

Prices for outside the UK is not inclusive of the VAT and custom or any Government payment incurred from the shipping to the destination country

Delivery time:
Inside Uk: 2-5 working days
European Countries: 2-11 working days
Other Countries: 3-17 working days

Delivery of the Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.

In the event of tampering and / or breakage, the user must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery using the document received from the courier or other operator and adding the writing “RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR …..” (indicate the motivation).

The customer must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who carried out the shipment.
